僕は仕事がら、毎年500軒くらい飲食店さんの取材＆撮影に伺います。
もう20年近く続いているので、全部で8500軒超くらい。
全国誌の連載などもあるので、一年で日本をほぼ一周します。
でも、たまたまですが、ここ数か月で、韓国、台湾も。
そして、今回はラーメンに関係するちょっと大きなプロジェクトの監修を任され、上海へ2泊3日で行ってきました！
ちなみに僕が前回、上海を訪れたのは、4年前。JALPAKのお仕事でした。

この時も、当時、流行しているというラーメン店へ訪問したのですが、
今は上海のラーメンシーンも様変わりしている模様。
